Santorini offers more than stunning views and cliffside towns—its true authenticity is found in its unique, beautiful villages! This tour has been designed to help you uncover Santorini's hidden treasures beyond the usual tourist spots, all in a private and comfortable way. Together, we'll dive into the island’s rich history and explore its charming southern villages as I share the stories behind them. We’ll visit the picturesque villages of Pyrgos, Megalochori, and the medieval castle in Emporio. If you're a cruise passenger, we can skip one of these villages and instead head to Oia—after all, it's a must-see for anyone visiting Santorini! Or, if you prefer, we can extend the tour by an hour to include Oia without missing out on the other villages. You’ll capture stunning photos in Pyrgos and the traditional village of Megalochori. Then, we’ll explore one of Greece's only two inhabited castles in Emporio. To wrap up our adventure, we’ll have a wine tasting at one of the island’s renowned wineries.
Yiannis gave an excellent tour. Our adult family of 7 (ages 29-63) had a 5 hour layover on Santorini. We hied Yiannis to give us a quick tour and lunch on the island. We were able to see the main sights and have lunch at an excellent restaurant. He explained the sights well and provided the perfect tour that everyone enjoyed.
