Sofia was the highlight of our day in Santorini. She knew exactly where every great picture spot was on the island and timed everything so we avoided the crowds almost perfectly. Instead of fighting for space at the usual viewpoints, we got clean shots of the caldera, the whitewashed streets, and the blue domes. She also used her own camera to take photos of us, then sent us the pictures afterward. Those shots turned out better than anything we took ourselves. The wine tasting was another standout. Amazing time with Sofia! She is so knowledgeable about Santorini and very fun to be with! It was like being with an old friend. She was determined to make the most of my day with her. The food she suggested, the shops and even the order of the sight seeing was all just perfect. The best day for me in all of Greece to feel like a Greek was today in Santorini with Sofie. Sophia is an engaging lady with a great deal of knowledge about Santorini. We felt terrible that we could not spend more time with her but since we didn't book her through the cruise ship, we lost hour and 15 minutes trying to disembark. If you arrive at 0800, schedule a 1030 tour. The sights, food and wine were beyond expectations.
