Sophia is an engaging lady with a great deal of knowledge about Santorini. We felt terrible that we could not spend more time with her but since we didn't book her through the cruise ship, we lost hour and 15 minutes trying to disembark. If you arrive at 0800, schedule a 1030 tour. The sights, food and wine were beyond expectations.
