Hello, I am Makis! I was born and grow up in Santorini and I offer private tours. I am an experienced local guide who provide private tours for many years on Santorini. I love this island and I see as my obligation to give to the travelers the local eyeside about traditions. Also we will make a stop for The ancient city at Akrotiri and The Monastery of Prophet Elias lies on the highest peak of Santorini and one traditional winery. Deep blue waters and beaches with , red or black sand or volcanic pebbles it must not be missing in our excursion.
Loakeim was a great tour guide for the area of Santorini. He stopped for many beautiful picture opportunities - and was always open to take the pictures for us. He was very personable and discussed whatever subjects we had questions about. We especially loved the Art Space winery. The wine was delicious. His suggestion for lunch was the best! We definitely enjoyed our tour and would recommend him to anyone visiting Santorini.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Day Exploring Santorini! We had an incredible 8-hour tour with Ioakeim (Makis)! His van was spotless and comfortable, and his love and knowledge of Santorini made the island come alive. We enjoyed a delicious lunch overlooking the Aegean, shopped at some local shops, enjoyed some wines and charcuterie at a beautiful winery with amazing views, explored the Akrotiri ruins, and relaxed with ouzo at a black sand beach. Makis even stopped at a vineyard to show us how Santorini’s vines are grown in circles like a basket! He let us choose what we wanted to do while still making sure we saw it all.
