Hello, I am Makis! I was born and grow up in Santorini and I offer private tours. I am an experienced local guide who provide private tours for many years on Santorini. I love this island and I see as my obligation to give to the travelers the local eyeside about traditions. You are going to love wine tasting in Santorini, It's a must! As a local I can share with you wine making secrets and stories from my legacy. My grandfather was wine maker and used to own a lot of vineyards, as a child like all of my relatives we help with harvest and pruning vines and of course to make the traditional basket shape "Greek kulura". This tour gives you the opportunity to visit 2 traditional wineries and you will try a variety of local wines with the best caldera views . Discover the most authentic wineries and traditional cellars of Santorini. Extra tip the "Napa Valley" famous wine growing region of Santorini, also short stop for photos and summary of winemaking history of the island.
