Good morning Viet Nam !!!!! My name is Hien. I am a freelancer in Sai Gon and I am original from the Mekong Delta. To pursue my dream becoming a tour guide I have studied language major and get the international license in tourism. I also love to travel and I do understand the meaning of guiding in tourism. I have been working as a translator with a local tour company providing tours to Cu Chi Tunnels, including dinner with veterans. I learned a lot from the questions guests were asking, and I normally put these in my tours (interesting facts, real stories, point of view. . . ) I strongly believe that tours related to the Vietnam War are not about killings, winners or losers. It's history, and we are here to learn from the past. I also love to share about the culture and lifestyle of my hometown throughout my experience I was grown up in the Mekong Delta. "When you are in Vietnam do as VietNamese do" I would love to explain to you What? Why ? and How ? to do as we do!!! . After the tour, you will have a lot of wonderful things to "put" in your pockets and bring back home!!! Hien is worth more than a 5 star rating! If you want to see Vietnam/Saigon or the Mekong Delta by a real local, then look no further. We had the BEST experience with him, showing us what it was like to really be a local in Saigon. We experienced a life changing food tour on a motor scooter, local markets, the best Pho you'll ever eat, drinking coffee in a local Vietnamese shops and the list goes on! We booked Hien for 2 days while we were in Saigon. Our first day was a day tour in Saigon. The second day was a day trip to Chi Rang floating market at Can Tho, in the Mekong Delta. We left Saigon at 4am and returned at 6pm. The level of coordination Hien went to to arrange our tour was impressive. 6 hours of driving, 3 different boats, bike tour a private lunch! We saw and learned so much. Hien is very kind, so well spoked, very knowledgeable and very organized! We could not recommend Hien more!

Your Ho Chi Minh City tour itinerary

Saigon- Can Tho - Floating Market - Bike Ride - Sai Gon. ( B, L) 4:30 Pick up and departures to Can Tho approximately 2h30 hours away from Saigon
 After arrival in Can Tho, a boat takes you to the floating market with sellers and buyers bargaining. 
 Then enjoy breakfast on boat * Visit Rice noodle factory Drive to Vinh Long Harbor and get on another boat. - Enjoy 45 minutes drive on the beautiful canals to reach Cai Be town where we explore: * coconut candy workshop
 * rice wine, pop rice. 
 
* Experience being rowed along in a traditional sampan boat 
1:00 have lunch in a beautiful garden house and be presented with local dishes. 
 2:30: step ashore for a short bike ride of about 60 minutes or walking around the villages (longer or shorter depending on your preferences)
 4:30 Relax on the drive back SaiGon.
