Cu Chi Tunnels is just 75 km to the north west of Saigon. This most popular history site is known as an outdoor museum. Visitors to Vietnam can now crawl through some of the safer parts of the tunnels, try to fire an AK-47 rifle on a firing range. . . Tunnels were dug by hand, only a short distance at a time. At the end, the network of tunnels linked VC support bases over 250 kilometers, from the outskirts of Saigon to the border of Vietnam and Cambodia! After our exploration of the tunnels, we'll make our way back to Ho Chi Minh city, where I will guide you to Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City) for visiting this historical sites as Thien Hau Temple, War Museum, Notre Dame Chruch, Central Post Office, City Hall. . .

Our tour of the Cu Chi Tunnels and HCM City was great. Highlight was exploring the Cu Chi Tunnels and getting a better understanding of how the were used and the impact hey had on the outcome of the Vietnam war. Visiting Saigon was also very interesting. Our guide Tony Tam did a good job fitting in most of the key landmarks. Tony has a great personality and speaks English very well. He does have a slight accent but we had not problem communicating.
Tony picked us up right on time. Throughout the tour of Cu Chi Tunnels and HCMC Tony told us about our points of interest and answered any questions we asked of him - all conversation was in English and Tony is good at this. Tony's attitude and nature comfortable and enjoyable to spend a day with. The highlight of our day together was taking my wife and I to a local lunch place with no foreigners, both my wife and I asked for this. I loved the place - my wife did not like frog though... ��
Tony was an incredible guide! He is very knowledgeable and anxious to share with his clients. Tony's English is very good and he loves to talk and learn new English words and phrases to his vocabulary. He is very accommodating and flexible insetting the itinerary for the day. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to tour with the best guide we've found in our 3 weeks in Vietnam!!
We had a wonderful day today with our guide Tony and our excellent driver. Our van was air conditioned and very clean and tidy. Tony was very informative wherever we went, very friendly and we really enjoyed his company. His English was fantastic and it was a brilliant start to our Vietnam holiday
