I grew up in New York City and cannot imagine living anywhere else. I love walking around the city, visiting different neighborhoods and trying all kinds of cuisines. I would like to share my personal New York City experiences with you! My most popular tours are history and food walking tours, I also conduct art, culture and driving tours. I can customize tours based on your itinerary and preferences. Like one dog year equals seven human years, one New York City day is seven days in other cities, if not more! New York City was built by immigrants from all over the world. They brought their rich cultures here to pursue a better life for future generations. America started right here in New York City. It is a privilege being a New York City Sightseeing Guide because I always wanted to tell the stories of this magical metropolis. From the gleaming towers to hotdog stands, from austere looking business men to subway artists, from the hustle bustle midtown to serene Central Park, hop on my tour to explore this great city of New York! "London is satisfied, Paris is resigned, but New York is always hopeful. Always it believes that something good is about to come off, and it must hurry to meet it. " Your visit to this dynamic world city will not be completed without my tours, even if you live here. - Licensed New York City Sightseeing Guide - Member of Guides Association of New York City - Certificate in Food Protection New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene

K-pop, Korean movies and TV dramas have taken America by storm. Korean restaurants are becoming increasingly popular in New York City. But do you know the humble beginnings of Koreatown, aka K-town? This walking tour is curated for your culture curiosity as well as your taste buds. You will discover how K-town started from one single city block and evolved into the destination for modern Asian foods and trendy nightlife. We will make our way through the hustle and bustle of streets and avenues, mix and mingle with locals and tourists alike, explore and witness this unique neighborhood coming into vogue.
We will meet by the Garment Worker Statue on 7th Ave between 39th and 40th Streets, start our adventure in the Garment District and make our way to the Korea Way! We will pass by Herald Square, Greeley Square and the storied Martinique Hotel. You will witness some high fashion and sample 4-5 dishes traditional, fusion or modern Korean. This tour can be tailored to your dietary preferences. Please make sure to inform me at least 24 hours before the tour starts. I can also customize the tour to your schedule and bucket list if time allows. Dress according to weather, put on your walking shoes, come hungry and let's go to Koreatown!
