My own background is almost as eclectic as New Orleans itself. Before becoming a full-time guide, I owned food trucks and cafés, operated catering businesses, developed specialty food products, worked as a musician and photographer, and created, wrote, produced, and starred in an award-winning culinary television series. I also spent years serving discerning clients in the luxury diamond and jewelry industry, where personalization, attention to detail, and exceptional service weren't extras—they were expected. I bring that same concierge mindset to every tour. I specialize in the historic heart of New Orleans and in the connections among its history, food, cocktails, architecture, and music.
