Before becoming a full-time tour guide, I spent years creating memorable guest experiences throughout the hospitality industry. I've owned food trucks and cafés, operated catering businesses, developed specialty food products, worked as a musician and photographer, and created, wrote, produced, and starred in an award-winning culinary television series.
