I am an award winning published author, qualified Blue Badge Tourist Guide with beautiful licensed vehicles. I am also considered as Liverpool's leading Beatles guide. I am one of a handful of people who can confidentially deliver multi-day tours of the entire UK in a lovely licensed Vivaro Elite, with leather captains seats, WI-FI, rear climate controls and a beautiful panoramic roof. I usually encourage my guests to research any UK family history and then love to include any relevant locations to make a tour even more special. I was born in Liverpool & have a second home in North Wales. I have worked in tourism for more than 20 years, as a Ski host in Meribel in the French Alps, a tour guide in Normandy & Ypres in Belgium & I've lived and worked in Barcelona & been a Tour Manager on most major river cruises in Europe. Most of my work comes from repeat business, clients who often become friends come back and explore a new area of the UK with me, or send their friends and family. I am also Ukinbound's Member of the Year and I was "Guide of the Month" for UK Group Travel World in April 2020. I am a full member of the British Guild of Tourist Guides & the Institute of Tourist Guides & a member of the Driver Guides Association. I absolutely love designing a day out exploring all my favourite UK locations and the quieter more unusual hidden gems especially in the parks and gardens, country houses, stately homes. I love themed literature tours and genealogy or fun Beatles tours looking outside all the childhood homes of the Beatles in Liverpool and tours out to the Lake District, North Wales and the other UK National Parks in my own beautiful licensed transport for up to 6 guests. So you can travel with me with confidence, I can arrange private one to ones with actors, authors, private tours of some stadiums all of my tours are tailor made and all of them will have your and my own safety at front of mind. For multi day tours of the UK, I suggest 3 nights in each location and for multi-day tours I pick up from London Heathrow, Manchester or Edinburgh Airports. I also specialise in private guided shore excursions for small & larger groups from the Port of Liverpool days out from Holyhead in North Wales. The Blue Badge is the highest tour guiding qualification & I have been examined to level 5 by the Institute of Tourist Guiding & I am also a full member of the British Guild of Tourist Guides. Always use a qualified insured & licensed Guide. I have no guiding restrictions. I am a qualified Blue Badge Tourist Guide & licensed Driver/Guide. I operate luxury top end tours of the North of England & Wales. I have public liability insurance, I'm a First Aider & DBS cleared for working with children.
