if you only have few hours to visit Taiwan, Taipei is the best place. Why? Within 4 hours what will you see? We loved our customized tour of Taipei with Peining! She was great at turning a list of things we wanted to see into a perfectly timed and custom tour, visiting most of the key highlights of Taipei in 6-7 hours. Peining is so knowledgeable and fun, and it felt like being shown around town by a good friend. She had her iPad with maps and key illustrations, which helped us understand the complex history of Taiwan and its key figures. We appreciated the range of what we learned, from historical details to aspects of culture including the Taiwanese striped 'grandma' bags, a photo stop with Taiwanese costumes and sets, and the most delicious boba. Her driver was amazing and appeared like magic to whisk us from site to site. Thank you for such a wonderful tour, Peining!!
Wonderful 1/2 day tour of taipei which covers many of the got to placed with a great guide..highly recommended
Peining was a delight and an excellent guide. She put together a tour that enabled us to get a flavour of the old and new Taipei ideal for us as we were only there a short time. We thoroughly enjoyed walking through the temples and old streets chatting about the things we saw. She is very interesting to talk to not just about history and facts but about everyday life. There were lots of highlights but the changing of the guard was special.
We enjoyed our tour with Peining,she was very knowledgeable,professional and courteous. Would highly recommend taking her tours.
