After receiving your feedback, I would adjust the route based on your priority of interested attractions and request of boarding time for your review. Taipei downtown attractions for your choice (Takes 50 mins from Keelung port) → Lin An-Tai Historical House → See guards' changing at the Martyrs' Shrine → Bao-An temple, Confucius temple or Lungshan temple → Stop by Presidential Hall → Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall and square (Available for guards' changing too) → Stop by Taipei 101 or visit the observatory → Di-hua Street (Old town walk and shopping) Taipei suburbs attractions for your choice (Each listed attractions takes 50 mins from Keelung port or Taipei, would need 3-4 hours to complete it for one of them) → Yehliu Geology Park → North east coast such as Jiufen or gold water fall at Jinguashi → Sky lantern release at Pingxi Advance booking is recommended at least two weeks in advance.
