Peining was a wonderful guide. We requested that she take us on a walking tour in Keelung since Old Taipei required an hour drive each way. We had a marvelous day of sightseeing and lunch at the local market which was immersion in local food culture. Peining is very knowledgeable, kind and planned a perfect day for us. Phenomenal tour guide and the best ambassador for Taipei and Taiwan that could be imagined! Peining's knowledge, caring and attention to our needs was beyond what we expected. She covered days worth of knowledge in our 4 hour tour that we will continue to explore during our 2 weeks in Taiwan. She not only showed us the sights but covered the history, the culture and beliefs of the Taiwan people. The overview of the city was the best that I have expereinced in over 20 years of touring new places. From the time we met her at our hotel we felt like dear friends and family. We ended our tour at a market to pick up things for our room at our request. Even though our time was over she waited patiently for us and helped us get back to our hotel without issue. She is the best! I would have given 8 stars if they were available!
