I've been doing Zumba for over 10 years and I've recently taken up kite surfing. It's exhausting, but it's a lot of fun! I also enjoy reading and spend a lot of time in the library studying ancient documents and works by historians. I'm married and have two adult sons. Overview of your Zurich tour
We will go to one of the most magical and dramatic places in Switzerland, called the Valley of the Waterfalls, a hidden gem in the Swiss Alps. On the way, we will make a stop to admire an emerald green mountain lake and take some great photos. Our picture-postcard journey continues through the breathtaking landscape. Then we walk along a narrow path through a 130-metre high gorge, with the milk-green river, flowing rapidly below your feet. We leave the cool shaded gorge and take a typical cogwheel train up the mountainside. We are met with the breathtaking vision of the waterfall. British author Sir Arthur Conan Doyle actually loved the place so much, he chose it as the setting of Sherlock Holmes' death. Our next waterfall is nestled in a forest. You have the chance to go behind the waterfall and feel the crisp clean water on your face. Nearby a delightful café offers hot & cold drinks to take in its fantastic views of Lake Brienz. The tourist haven of Interlaken is the next stop. Get ready!
