My hobbies: skiing in the winter, windsurfing and kitesurfing in summer. I really love music and dancing and so I often go to the opera, the ballet and various concerts. I've been doing Zumba for over 10 years and I've recently taken up kite surfing. It's exhausting, but it's a lot of fun! I also enjoy reading and spend a lot of time in the library studying ancient documents and works by historians. I'm married and have two adult sons. My best friend is my Maine coon cat, with whom I enjoying going for walks in the local wood. My job is my passion! I really enjoy welcoming tourists from all over the world. This tour is one of my favorites, because it strikes the perfect balance between the natural beauty of Swiss landscapes and the historic castles and towns. I've been providing it for more than 10 years and still have never seen a disappointed tourist! Imagine a tremendous flow, up to 900m3 water per second next to you! This incredible power is mesmerising! Ancient small towns on the Rhine sleep and dream of former glory! You'll see many half-timbered houses from the 11-13 th century, painted facades and pots with geraniums on windows, visit an old fortress.
Charge your phones and bring a battery backup! The views on this tour are so beautiful everywhere you look that you’ll be at risk of running of battery power part way through. The boat ride, the food, and the beautiful building from centuries ago all make this tour totally worth it!

Great tour. The Rhine Falls are spectacular and the countryside is what we came to Switzerland to see. The guide is wonderful and while it's a fair amount of driving and some walking, it's a tour that most people would find easy.
Lidia was a fantastic guide! We all had a great day touring Rhine Falls and the area with her. Lidia shared the history and culture with us and was happy to answer any questions we had. She was great with our kids and took so many pictures for us! She helped us choose a fantastic spot for lunch, which turned out to be our favorite meal of the trip! We all enjoyed the day and learning so much about the area! We all would highly recommend her as a guide!

A perfect day in every way! Rhine Falls was magnificent and we visited several charming villages. Lidia is a gracious and accommodating hostess.
We drive for about one hour to arrive at the Rhine falls. After we have taken pictures against the background of the biggest falls of Europe we will take a boat to the rock towering in the centre of the falls or cross the Rhine to reach a platform on the other side. After admiring a foamy emerald-green stream we go to the fortress of Munot. We enjoy the panoramic view from the top of the 16th centaury fortress. Following the scenic route along the Rhine we reach a fairytale small town Stein am Rhine. After a walk around we can have a cup of coffee on the banks of the Rhine or in the fortress Hohenklingen or try some authentic Swiss food. During this unforgettable day, I will take photos of you, using my full format Sony Alfa 7 - II camera.
