Make Jungfraujoch the highlight of your Swiss journey on a private day from Zurich. With your own guide-driver, travel to Grindelwald and continue into the high Alps by cableway and mountain railway. At the Top of Europe, enjoy time for glacier views, the Sphinx viewpoint and the Ice Palace when open, with an unhurried lunch break. I will help with route and ticket planning and accompany you throughout the day. The price covers private guiding and return road transport for up to eight guests. All guest mountain tickets, reservations, meals and optional activities are extra. This is a sightseeing excursion at high altitude, not a mountain climb. Bring warm layers and sturdy shoes; the route and outdoor stops depend on weather, visibility and operation.
Your Zurich tour itinerary
• Meet at your Zurich hotel or an agreed city location. • Private drive to Grindelwald Terminal, with a practical comfort or photo stop along the way. • Take the Eiger Express to Eigergletscher and continue by Jungfrau Railway, or use an operating railway alternative if needed. • Explore Jungfraujoch with your guide: Sphinx views, the Ice Palace and the snow plateau when open. • Time for lunch or refreshments at your own expense. • Descend to the valley and return privately to Zurich. Allow approximately eleven hours. Mountain tickets and reservations are purchased separately; book them in coordination with your guide. Views and individual attractions are weather-dependent. No skiing or glacier trekking is included.
