Pilatus Tour From Zürich

Thomas was a fantastic guide for us. We started out a little messy with our flight in to Zurich cancelled and stuck in Amsterdam til an 8:30 am arrival the day the tour was supposed to start at 9 am. I let Thomas know and he offered to pick us up at the airport and take us to our hotels for a quick change and head out. At that point we were behind schedule but he made it all work. He had tickets reserved. He ended up going down the alpine slide with us (Go Thomas!!!) and made the day go from extreme stress on my part to change and reschedule things to not even having to think because he took care of EVERYTHING. He even stopped off and got us the most delicious cherries at a roadside stand that any do us had ever had. 10/10 for Thomas. The day could have ended up a wash and instead is one of our best memories

Wonderful host. We felt that our time with Thomas was very well planned from pick up to drop off. It was very apparent that he enjoyed being our host and it added to our enjoyment of our time in Zurich. It felt he was more like a friend than a tour guide as he took us around, and went through the history of the sites we visited.

Thomas was a great guide. He knew so much about Switzerland's history. He went above and beyond helping my husband who has mobility issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our day with him and will definitely use him again.

I can not say enough about Thomas. He is a true professional, very educated in his craft & shows a true passion for the country. He went out of his way to accommodate is. In helping my 94 year old mom get around on tour & even make a special stop to help out with a camera issue. He is a very positive, up beat person with a joy for life. We gained so much knowledge from Thomas both personally & professionally. We would love to tour with Thomas again some day. We recommend his to anyone who tour w/ you.

Thomas' day-long Pilatus tour was a delightful revelation, exposing us, as it did to Lucerne and then the awesome natural wonders of Zurich's amazing massif. Thomas is enormously knowledgeable, experienced, personable and accommodating. In addition, owing to his decades of experience, he is a superb driver. If you have a day to spare when visiting Zurich, you can't possibly invest it better than to experience Pilatus with Thomas' expert guidance. (Be sure not to miss the "church without windows" en route.

We booked a tour with Thomas after a previous guide had to cancel and Thomas was more than happy to customize a tour to fit our needs. Thomas is awesome! He communicated with us leading up to the tour and we have shared pictures and conversations after the tour. He went out of his way to make sure all aspects of our day were flawless plus he added sites that we had not discussed. We highly recommend Thomas for your tours! We rate Thomas 5 + stars.
