Brasov is my home town, and even after living abroad and traveling to many different places, I'm so proud to return here because it truly is one of the nicest cities in the world. This is a 3 hours tour designed for people who have a limited amount of time in Brasov or for those who just want to see the major tourist attractions while they're here. This tour combines multiple points of interest in a relaxed way, driving and stopping to admire and take pictures. We will spend a limited amount of time at each destination, but this tour will allow you to see all of the main attractions in Brasov so that you know which sites you would like to spend more time at later. The price for this tour is per group and this tour will be conducted by private car for up to 4 passengers. If you are traveling in a larger group, please contact me for a quote. The itinerary listed is just a suggestion - I am open to adding/removing certain destinations or accommodating more people on this tour depending on your preferences, group size, and time limitations.
Our guide, Livio, was great for our tour in Brasov. He made accommodations for us at a later hour than normal and showed us specific sights we would not have been able to experience without him. A visit to Bran's castle at end of day, the fortress and beautiful location above the city to see its splendor at night. And, he was our photographer so we got pictures of my husband and I together.
Liviu was a fantastic guide! We had the driving tour due to cold weather and couldn't have been more pleased. We drove to bran castle, the Brasov fortress and so many other places that he added last minute!! Communication was fantastic as well. For a first timer overseas I was nervous but Liviu made us feel right at home!
Thank you for the last minute accommodation. The scenic driving tour was fine. At $290, maybe a little pricy but nonetheless, it was last minute. On a scale from 1-10, I'll give it a rating of 6 Overall we were satisfied with Liviu and the tour. My family and I were able to visit downtown Chicago, even if it was only for 2hrs. Thank you. Liviu gave us an excellent tour of Chicago and exceeded the arranged time. He met us as arranged and dropped us off at our accommodation at the end of the tour. He also assisted us in obtaining local travel passes and provided very helpful advice on places to eat, etc. I can highly recommend him.
