Exploring Transylvania Tour

What do you think of when you hear 'Transylvania'? Dracula and vampires? Castles and fairy tales? Vast mountainscapes and brown bears? Come discover the beauty of this historic region and see for yourself what Transylvania is all about. We will start this tour in one of the most beautiful cities in Romania - Brasov - and then drive through the Transylvanian region to visit famous landmarks on the way to Sibiu. Included in the tour will be Fagaras Citadel (one the most beautiful fortresses in the world), the glacial Lake Balea as well as Balea Waterfall, and a castle at Valea Zanelor. The last stop on the trip will be Sibiu, a charming city which was named as a "European Region of Gastronomy" in 2019. We will stay overnight in Sibiu and then travel back to Brasov the following day. The itinerary listed is just a suggestion - I'm open to adding/removing certain destinations depending to your preferences. The price of this tour is per group and this tour will be conducted by private car for up to 4 passengers.
