Overview of your Rotterdam tour
Welcome to Rotterdam, the biggest port of Europe. Bombed away during worldwar II and rebuilt in striking modern architecture. I'll pick you up from the cruise terminal (or hotel) for a 45 minute drive to Kinderdijk. The World Heritage Site where a stout collection of 19 watermills have been pumping for 200+ years. You will be explained how we can live in a country that is for 30% below sea level by pumping out the water in various ways. We wiil visit one of the mills and take a 30 minutes boat trip to make the best pictures. As your private tour guide, I can adjust the schedule, duration and activities to meet your needs.
