Coco is very kind and patient. We enjoyed our afternoon touring Hiroshima with Coco very much! She took us to a temple on the outskirts of the city that survived the blast. There was something very unique and beautiful about this temple. It's our favorite among the 30+ temples we visited throughout Japan/Korea! We then visited a school and office building, each with a single sole survivor. We also visited the monuments in Peace Park. It was an emotional, moving day. I'm glad we're touring Miyajima with Coco later in the week instead of combining both in a single tour.

My husband and I had the pleasure of having Coco guide us around Hiroshima for a 5 hour tour. She met our train from Kyoto right on the platform, which made it easy for us to connect. We used public transportation to move around the city which I found to be the way to go. Coco has an outstanding knowledge of Hiroshima, and shared it with us easily. We learned a tremendous amount about this lovely city, and we were so happy to have met Coco for this experience. She had some special areas to show us, that were a wonderful surprise and learning experience. She ended the day by getting us back to the train station and platform, in time to head back to Kyoto the same day. A great and memorable day!

I can't say enough about how wonderful this tour was. CoCo arranged a tour just as we needed. Of course my college students and I got to see the key places in Hiroshima, and CoCo spoke about the history and her personal connections to it. We were able to ring the peace bell (which they loved) and some made cranes, which kept everyone active. I think my favorite stop was the public lavatory that is a surviving building! CoCo also helped me find my way after the tour and even went with me to pick up my ferry tickets. I'm so grateful to CoCo for her generosity of spirit, her knowledge, and her passion for her city.

Coco was such fun! She was informative and flexible with our schedule. She helped us guide the street cars and took us to the main points of attraction! She was very generous with time and thoughtful. She took us to a traditional lunch restaurant and it has been one of the highlights of our tour. Please book a tour with the lovely Coco.

Coco is a delightful well informed tour guide, a locally born in Hiroshima. Her itinerary kept us away from the busy spots but we feel like we were just as well-informed as anyone who could have been amount of time that we were there, I highly recommend her.
