Shore Excursion : Hiroshima and Miyajima full day Tour

We had a great day with Dario in Hiroshima and Miyajima. He is very knowledgable and personable, and set a great pace for our busy day. We did everything we wanted to do and more...great shopping and street food in Miyajima. For lunch, we had Okonomiyaki and was delicious. He guided us very well outside of out comfort zone. We enjoyed our tour with Dario. He knew exactly where to stand to get great pictures at Ithukushima’s Tori Gate shrine. Thank you for the memories! Rick & Andrea

Dario, is great at communicating. We wanted to change some parts of the tour and he was very accommodating and clearly communicated with us. Dario’s English is excellent and it was a pleasure to spend the day with him. An added bonus was to learn about his life as an Italian living in Japan. You will enjoy touring with Dario. We spent over six hours exploring Hiroshima and Miyajima Island with Dario, and it was one of the most memorable days of our trip. He lives just outside Hiroshima, and you can feel how much he cares about the city of Hiroshima (and Japan as a whole), its history, and the people who call it home. From the start, Dario was funny, conversational, and incredibly easy to be around. He has that rare ability to make you laugh while also guiding you through some of the most meaningful and emotional parts of Hiroshima’s past. His honesty and depth of knowledge helped us understand the city’s history in a way that felt respectful, human, and deeply informative. Throughout the day, he was also wonderfully helpful — whether it was navigating all the parts of public transportation or providing restaurant ideas for our time with him and beyond. He kept the pace relaxed and enjoyable, and every conversation with him felt natural and engaging. If you’re visiting Hiroshima and want a guide who is knowledgeable, genuine, funny, and passionate, Dario is an incredible choice. We’re so grateful for the experience he gave us.
