Hello! My name is Stella, I was born in Siena Tuscany and spent most of my life in this gorgeous city where I live with my two kids. I am an official tour guide in Siena, the Chianti, San Gimignano and the Valdelsa, Montalcino, Pienza and the Valdorcia and Montepulciano and the Valdichiana in Italian, English and Spanish. I received my B. A. in humanities from the University of Siena with a Major in English and South American literatures mastering with great passion art and history and my MBA in tourism economics from Bocconi University in Milan. At the conclusion of my studies, I received a grant to study art and anthropology in Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands. I travelled in many different countries and enjoyed discovering their artworks, culture and social and political condition. I worked as journalist covering art, travels, cinema, theatre and politics. I was always interested in meeting people and exchange ideas and passions, so that welcoming and guiding guests being a tour guide in my hometown was a great opportunity for me. I've been guiding art and kids tours, wine and food tours in Siena, San Gimignano, the Chianti, Montalcino, Pienza and Montepulciano from the year 2000 and I'm enjoying my tours every day more! We had a wonderful tour with Stella on an enchantingly beautiful day in Siena. Half of our group had never been to Siena before and the other half had, but we were able to customize our tour so everything felt new. We loved going deep into the contrade and the Palio, because that's what makes Siena so special. Stella had a great knowledge of the city, the history and was very engaging. I'd highly recommend her for anyone looking for a tout through Siena, or any other Tuscan cities that she knows well.

In Siena we look forward to the days of the great event with passion and emotion for the whole year. For this reason it is always possible to plan a visit focused on the secrets of the Horse Race, the jockeys, the horses and the thousands stories and legends Siena is rich of. If you can reach us during the event I may guide you through the Contrade, the 17 districts of my town, take part to the dinners and banquets and partecipate to the trial races and the Great day on July 2 and August 16 with the Parade and the events leading to the RACE. But if you are here any time in the year we will visit the most important monuments in my town and I will be very proud to show you my district, the Contrada of the Torre with an Elephant on our coat of arms.
