I can meet you anywhere in the center of Naples. From Naples after a short journey admiring the view of Mount Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples we will arrive in Herculaneum. The walking tour of Herculaneum lasts apx 2 hours. It is enough time to explore most of the city. After the visit of Herculaneum we will reach Pompeii which is more congested, but please be sure I will do my best to keep you away from the crowds. Pompeii is huge , it covers an area of 152 acres. Our tour of Pompeii will be focused on the highlights. We will visit the Basilica, Forum with administrative buildings, Granaries , where you will see the plaster casts of the citizens of Pompeii, a roman Domus, the Thermal complex , a Theatre and certainly some new discovery. Between the two visits if you wish I can suggest a visit to a family-run winery where you can taste local wines and have a simple but delicious lunch. However the tour is totally flexible and can be adjusted according to you wishes and needs!
