Mostly in places such as Naples, Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Pompeii Herculaneum and Vesuvius. Once here, never forget to take the chance to enjoy a special lunch. Food and wine are always a good idea in this part of Italy :) As you can see I have some tours offered as general input. Next, you will explore the Pompeii Excavations, the most famous archaeological site in the world, where you can walk among the ancient ruins of the city destroyed by the eruption of 79 AD, discovering temples, villas, theaters and well-preserved frescoes. The day ends with a visit to a local winery, where you can taste the renowned Lacrima Christi wine, produced on the slopes of the volcano, accompanied by typical Campanian dishes. A tour that will allow you to immerse yourself in the history, culture and gastronomic traditions of the region.
We had a great day with Alfonso. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and super accommodating. We had specific requests around the tour, and he accommodated all of them. He checked in with us regularly and was always available. Can not beat that! We had a fantastic day. I would highly recommend Alfonso!
We had a terrific experience with Alfonso. From the moment we started planning our trip to Naples, he was extremely attentive to all our questions and answered them promptly, even before we booked the tour with him. Alfonso was also very flexible with our overall itinerary for the day. We decided we wanted to visit he Herculaneum (highly recommended) instead of Mt. Vesuvius and also to be dropped of at our next destination in Massa Lubrense, rather than our pick up location in Naples. He was very accommodating and did everything to make sure we were happy. He also gave us advise on where to go and what to do on days that we had nothing planned. Alfonso is very professional, kind and friendly. At the end of the tour, we felt as though we were saying goodbye to an old friend. We are so lucky to have met him. Alfonso is an Italian gem!
The tour was everything we wanted and more. Alfonso tailored it for our group, and we were not disappointed. The guide he selected for Pompeii was incredibly knowledgeable and entertaining. The wine tasting and the food were amazing. We would absolutely do it again.
