After spending plenty of time appreciating its heavenly beauty, return to your hotel for breakfast and brief rest. Next, head to the magnificent Agra Fort. This 16th century fort-palace was the residence of the emperor who built the Taj Mahal and served as his prison towards the end of his life! Finally, end your day with a sunset visit to the Taj Mahal: you can chose to visit it from the other side of the river, Mehtab Bagh Garden (recommended), or inside the complex!
