I came back to Berlin from Spain (with long interludes in Canada and California) in 1994. What I found was incredibly uniuqe: a city toppeling over with so much history and history in the making. From the first moment on I was spellbound. I became obsessed with its history and development. I talked to people both from the East and West to find out their stories and opinions. Today, I have the feeling Berlin is catching up with itself to finally reach its potential that was interupted with the rise of the 3rd. Reich. I want to share with you the love and compassion I have developed for Berlin and take you on that journey. Even though I have set private tours, they can be planed according to your interests and time. I give walking tours, tours using public transport, taxi, hired car or minivan. You can choose to have a general overview, or go in depth into a particular subject or neighbourhood. It is well worth your time.
