I was born and raised in Marseille and am a proud fourth-generation local from Le Panier, the city's historic old town, where my family first settled after arriving in 1908. Driven by a deep passion for Provence's rich cultural heritage, fascinating history, world-renowned gastronomy, and breathtaking landscapes, I chose to dedicate my career to tourism. Florent was a very good communicator. He arrived early to meet us at our ship, and we had a lovely tour of Marseille. We tasted outstanding pastry, ice cream, candy and biscuits. We stopped at a soap specialty store and left Marseille with very nice samples from the town which he purchased for us. We visited a beautiful church and castle with beautiful scenery everywhere. Florent was a very considerate guide, checking with us to be sure we were not walking too quickly. He displayed a conscientious and professional approach to the tour as well. We also visited a beautiful church and castle with gorgeous water views. It was a beautiful day to remember and a pleasure to meet Florent. Thank you!

We had a great time on the foodie tour. Florent picked a good variety of stops that were interesting....especially the black ice cream! Florent's directions to meet up were easy to follow and was much cheaper than offered by the ship!
