From Aix-en-Provence we will visit the Roman city of Arles dated during the Roman empire. You can discover the arena, the amphitheater and be transported back to that era. We will walk in the footsteps of Van Gogh, as he spent quite some time in the area. We will visit St Paul de Mausole, the mental hospital where Van Gogh spent a few months and actually painted most of his art. The famous Cafe Van Gogh will also be on our list. Have you heard of Nostradamus? We will go to St Remy de Provence - the birthplace of the reputed 'seer. ' If you are lucky enough to be here on a Wednesday morning we will stop off at a beautiful market. We will also visit Les Baux de Provence, a beautiful hilltop village dated from the 11th century!
