In the 1990s, after studying cooking and learning the craft of producing apple cider and Calvados, I founded a calvados store in Honfleur, now run by my sister. While I remain a lover of Norman gastronomy, my passion for history took center stage as I began studying and sharing the stories behind iconic sites like Mont-Saint-Michel, the D-Day beaches, and Rouen’s medieval treasures. I’ve dedicated years to uncovering the fascinating details of these locations to make your journey both engaging and insightful. In 2007, my passion for history took me abroad to Mexico, where I spent 14 years exploring another fascinating culture. This incredible experience not only deepened my love for history but also taught me how to craft personalized, seamless tours for my guests. Upon returning to Normandy, I focused on further developing my expertise in the region’s history while working as a driver-guide. This has allowed me to combine my knowledge with a high level of comfort and service. Today, I’m here to help you discover Normandy in style and comfort.
