Fabulous visit to the D-Day beaches as well as Bayeaux. Yannik has in depth knowledge of the Allied invasion and was able to share photos and anecdotes about a few of the individuals who played important roles. This gave us more context for the stunning views as well as making the American cemetery more than just rows and rows of markers. And Bayeaux is well worth the visit - the tapestry is amazing. We were lucky to visit now as the museum will be closed shortly for renovations.

Such a wonderful experience with Yannick. We were delayed coming into port from the airport and he waited over an hour for us and still managed to get everything in on our short time frame before our cruise sailed. Yannick is a fantastic tour guide. He had a full day at Normandy planned for us. He is extremely knowledgeable about the events of D-day and about the surrounding area. He even planned a picnic for us on the bluffs overlooking Omaha beach. We could not imagine the size of the area and the incredible bravery that our young soldiers exhibited. The American cemetery was incredible. Yannick is an exceptional guide and will contact him again when we return with our family.

Yannick was a great guide! He has a vast amount of knowledge about WW II and D-day in particular. He was able to share stories of individual acts of heroism by some of the soldiers who were part of the landings. By providing a seamless tour from picking us up at the airport at the beginning of the tour and dropping us at our hotel in Paris at the end of our 3 day Normandy tour it made the whole experience for us enjoyable and stress free.

Yannick was excellent. He arrived in time to help negotiate returning our rented vehicle, loaded us up and took us on a fabulous tour of Normandy.
