Untouched and charming Mediterranean coast with thousands of islands, Alps mountain range, biggest caves, lovely castles, ancient remains, natural wonders, the mixture of different religions, civilized and primitive people, modern and old, a touch of Orient and its culture, pleasant weather, perfect gastronomy, . . . I do tirelessly discover these hidden pearls of our small Balkan paradise every year. I just simply love it! In my tours, you will not just visit the country as everyone do, but feel and enjoy every single tour differently with decades of my own experiences. Yes, this is it, my best tour in Croatia. It is pretty easy for the traveller and very enjoyable tour in the remote wilderness of Zadar county with so many awesome photo opportunities at almost every stop. While Zadar is pretty commercial, I can not say the same for its background - its area is not mapped yet. It is peacefully resting below the Velebit mountain and Adriatic sea. It offers amazing natural playgrounds and many awesome localities not known even between the Croats. These are freshwater rivers and their falls, mountainous landscapes, underground caves, great canyons, views over three seas, remote villages, and breathtaking viewpoints, one of the best. A few families are living here, most males are shepherds that are welcoming few lost tourists in their own way. This place is representing a real introduction to Croatian life, away from well-known touristic spots. Reward yourself and make some unforgettable moments in your life, GO WILD, and explore this private tour of Zadar county wilderness.
Your Zadar tour itinerary
This tour is available only in Jul and Aug. Quick itinerary preview: - Hotel pick-up in Zadar or anywhere else in the Zadar area. - Short walk over the picturesque bridge, representing the meeting point of two seas. - The first viewpoints on the way. One of them is located on the spot over the windy Zrmanja river canyon, where the famous Winnetou movie was recorded. - On Krupa river, we will visit an old, 100 meters long, stony bridge from fantasy novels. Hiking down to the bridge is possible but not necessary. - Fresh up in the river Zrmanja under its falls and take the kayak (1 hour) to visit some remote waterfalls. - Lunch on the terrace with the view over the falls and the sound of the river. - Passing over the third sea towards remote fisherman village with a postcard view, best in time of sunset. - Cold beer with another amazing view towards Velebit mountain reflecting in the sea. - Back to your hotel. This itinerary can be altered before booking and even while on tour to fit your expectations.
