Hello and welcome to my beautiful country of Croatia! My name is Mirko and I come from the southern part of our coastline, amazing Dalmatia region, famous for its natural beauties and cultural heritage. Sibenik is my hometown, hidden gem between bigger cites Zadar and Split, which both are just one hours driving distance. Very close are also two national parks, hundreds of islands, clean rivers, the highest mountain in Croatia and five Unesco world heritage sites. Together they create ideal scenery for a perfect vacation. I have been a tour guide since 2010 and completely devoted to this call. I speak fluent English and Spanish language and in the last nine years I have shown my country to thousands of guests from all over the world. I have been working for the big and small tour operators from Croatia, UK, US, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Spain, Japan, Taiwan. . . I have worked a lot as a private guide in Croatia, and of course I consider all of my guests as VIP guests. To this job led me a stroke of luck. After finishing my studies and work in Zagreb, I spent one year in Spain working in a hotel in San Sebastian. There I realized that tourism is my call of destiny since I like traveling, meeting other cultures, languages, gastronomy, history. . . and the most important working with people! From that moment on I am very happy person because my passion is my job :) After, I also worked in an incoming travel agency for several years and for five years also as private driver guide in Croatia. Therefore I have been guiding and organizing tours, creating customized itineraries for individuals and small groups all around Croatia and abroad. For this I also recently purchased new van Opel Vivaro 8+1 seats, you can see the photos in my profile. But of course if preferred I can organize another car or van. So whether you need a city walk in Sibenik, half day excursion or even a multi-day tour in Croatia, I would be glad to be your guide. I will give you an insight to our local way of life and bring you closer our culture, history, tradition, beautiful coastline, natural parks, cities. . . Looking forward to meet you and be part of your unforgettable memory in Croatia :) * Licensed tourist guide from 2010 * Master's degree in Economics, University in Zagreb * Driver's license (car, van) * Additional professional driver license * If the meeting point will be the cruise terminal, I will be waiting for you by the cruise ship and we will walk together to vehicle, just outside the cruise ramp, some 50-100 meters

Krka falls and one of Dalmatia cities, it is a great combination to explore our natural and cultural heritage. So put on your comfortable shoes and get ready for me to show you these beautiful places : ) The national park Krka is most famous for Skradinski buk waterfall which is part of our walk. You will enjoy exploring waterfalls and lakes by walking on wooden footpaths between the trees and travertine barriers. Then follows a nice boat ride to the small town of Skradin. After the park we will do a city tour of the city you have chosen. It can be: Zadar, an astonishing mix of ancient, medieval and modern architecture. "Sea organ" and the "Greeting to the sun" architect installation, Or Sibenik, a beautiful gem on the Adriatic coast with a gothic and renaissance old town. (If you prefer, we can just do full day Krka) Regardless which one you choose, we will walk their narrow stone streets and get to know why they are proud members of the UNESCO family. After time for lunch, we return to ship/hotel.
This is an orientation itinerary with an approximate duration of each step. Of course details can be changed regarding your preferences. If you choose we can do a full Krka park day. 09:00 - 10:00 Drive to Krka waterfalls 10:00 - 12:00 Walking tour of the falls 12:00 - 12:30 Boat drive to Skradin (if you want) and short walk there 12:30 - 14:00 Time for lunch 14:00 - 15:00 Drive back to Zadar 15:00 - 17:00 Zadar city tour and free time, transfer to your ship or hotel, or you can stay in the city center In case of Sibenik 12:30 - 13:00 Drive to Sibenik 13:00 - 14:30 Sibenik city tour 14:30 - 16:00 Time for lunch 16:00 - 17:00 Drive back to Zadar
