Hello! My name is Lea, Split is my hometown and I'm a licensed tour guide for Split, Dubrovnik and Šibenik county, in English, French and Spanish language. I was born in Split, I have been living here for more than 20 years and I'm passionate about sharing its beauty and culture! I got my Master's degree in Marketing, at the Faculty of Economics here in Split. Following my university studies, I moved to Barcelona to do an internship before returning back to Split. I have always enjoyed learning languages, travelling and experiencing different cultures. Soon after graduation I realised that an office job doesn't suit me and I started to work as a tour guide, which was the best decision I have ever made! When I'm not tour guiding, I love to learn languages - I can speak English, Spanish, Portuguese and French. Yoga is also one of my passions, I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) by International Yoga Alliance. Local gastronomy has always interested me, so I decided to do a course for a wine consultant to get to know more about the rich wine history in Croatia. In my free time, I love long walks with my dog and reading books. I absolutely love my job and cannot wait to share with you all the beauties that the city of Split and the region of Dalmatia have to offer! This walking tour includes the general history of the city and the visit to the Diocletian's Palace and all its hidden treasures! Split has more than 1700 years of history and it's a unique example in the whole world of a living, breathing city that grew inside of an ancient roman palace! It is an open space museum where you don't need a ticket to enter! I was born in Split, I have spent more than 20 years living in its city centre and I am very passionate about sharing all its wonders! We took a tour with Lea around the city palace, into the old 1st floor of the palace and visited the Cathedral as well as many other area like the local food market. It was all so interesting! Lea was VERY informed and shared details about the history of this special place. She was delightful and accommodating. I would highly recommend her. We learned so much more than if we had tried to tour on our own. You walk away with a much greater appreciation of the history here.

This is an immersive walking tour around beautiful city of Split and it lasts 2, 5 hours. First we'll visit the subterranean part of the palace and then we'll stroll through medieval city that was built inside the ancient palace.
