Hello, I’m Toni. I was born and raised in Split, and for more than 12 years I have had the privilege of guiding visitors through the city I proudly call home. Living here all my life means that the streets, squares, and stone walls are not just historical sites — they are part of my personal story. I also have the local knowledge and connections to create truly extraordinary experiences, from private walks along the city walls to exclusive dinners at unique locations. All my tours are fully customizable. Whether your interests lie in history, local culture, photography, gastronomy, or simply exploring hidden corners, I will tailor the tour to your preferences and pace. I believe history should be shared in a way that is engaging but never overwhelming. Rather than listing dates, I focus on stories, context, and the human side of events. Many guests have told me they appreciate this balanced, conversational style, where questions are welcome and the atmosphere is relaxed. Beyond history, I have a passion for photography and local gastronomy. I enjoy pointing out details most visitors might miss, showing the best photo spots, and recommending authentic local eateries. For me, the most valuable souvenir from any journey is not something you buy — it’s the memories you take home. A touch of gentle humor is always part of the tour, as I believe a smile makes any story easier to remember. If you are looking for a knowledgeable local who can offer fully customizable and extraordinary experiences, I would be delighted to share my city and region with you. Split is one of those cities that gets under your skin — and I'm here to make sure it does. We start where every good Split story starts: inside Diocletian's Palace, a Roman emperor's retirement home built in 295 AD that somehow became an entire city. We'll wander through the Peristyle where the Emperor once held court, step into his mausoleum-turned-cathedral, and then lose ourselves in the narrow lanes and sun-bleached squares that spill out beyond the palace walls. We'll find the corners that don't make it onto the postcards — including the old fishermen's quarter of Veli Varoš, where the real Split has always lived. We finish on the Riva, coffee in hand, watching the boats and the islands in the distance. I've been showing people this city my whole life and it never gets old. Come see why.
