I move to Montreal in the nineties to study here. . . and never leave it since. Love at first sight ! Montreal has so much to offer and that is what I like to show to visitors here. The way I travel is the same way i'm touring you around. Taking the time to see the place you're in. Not make you feel on a rush. Observing, learning, enjoying the moment and leave you with nice memories that will last. I am highly flexible depending of your field of interest, how long you are staying, what you've seen so far, etc. And because Montreal is always moving and changing, you will enjoy your time with me even more if you come with the same flexibility in mind. For the same reason, i'll be happy to customized one of my tour if you want or have to. Don't hesitate to write and ask. I believe I am environmentally conscious and it can taint my choices for your visit here too. I like to buy local and avoid single use dishes restaurants. I also use public transportation, eco-friendly vehicule and hybrid or electric car for my tour. All that without being pushy about it: don't worry. I can't wait to tour you around and make you love Montreal as much as I do. Certified Montréal Tour Guide since 2011 4B driving license to drive up to 15 passengers vehicules I do not do tour as a passenger in a vehicule driven by visitors.

Urban Art and Murals are spreading in many cities over the world and Montreal is one of the best on that scene. Two festivals and a non-profit organisation have produce over 200 hundreds in the recent years. Bring your camera for this very colourfull tour. Let me show you nice murals, pieces, graffitis and even sculptures of public art. From the street and also in the back alleys. Along the way, I will share with you the stories behind some murals and their artist. You will also learn more about that world. And in the end, even recognize the style of some Montreal writers and urban artists. All of this in some areas and streets you wouldn't have seen otherwise. It's time to see more of the lively Montreal.
The Tour will start from a nice cafe and bring you to the walls of the Under Pressure Graffiti festival site. We will walk toward the Quartier Latin and see many murals produced by Mu, a non-profit organisation. Walking up to Plateau Mont-Royal through lovely Square Saint-Louis and see sculptures and public art along the way. We will then wander around the ecclectic St-Laurent street and see dozens of murals and urban art around there. All along the way, you will discover lovely residential areas and lively commercial streets that will give you the feeling that you are one of us. :-) The end can be at the unique "Bagel Etc" shop if you want to try a Montreal Bagel at the end of the tour. Or at the cooperative Cafe Santropol and its lovely backyard.
