I was born in Montreal in the district Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve. Globetrotter, very young I travelled across the world: Europe, North Africa, Latin America, the United States and Canada. Extended stays in the cities of Paris, Los Angeles and Toronto. Traveler, student and practising a thousand and one jobs. Studies in Dramatic Art at the Academy of Dramatic Art of Montreal, self-taught painter, and formation as a tourist guide at the Quebec Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management (ITHQ), my experiences and my academic studies give me the essential tools to understand and tell about the Montreal and Quebec life of yesterday and today. Curious, I keep posted about the avant-garde Montrealer in the arts, the culture and the social movements. Overview of your Montreal tour
Early in the morning, we leave Montreal by car to go in the historic city of Quebec. A 270-kilometre long trip (168 miles) along the St. Lawrence River on Highway Félix Leclerc and partially on the Chemin du Roy (The King's Road), the oldest built road in Canada connecting Quebec to Montreal. We cross the historic villages of Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pérade, Deschambault, Portneuf, Cap-Santé… some stops. We arrive in the capital region at the end of the morning for a visit to the National Park of Montmorency Falls. From the Falls we will cross the Orleans Island Bridge to see the village of Sainte-Pétronille. . . . A few miles away: The city of Quebec, founded in 1608 by the famous explorer Samuel de Champlain, is the only city still with fortifications north of Mexico City. Charming little streets, upper town and lower town, before dropping you off at your hotel I will give you an Orientation Tour of the Capital, to familiarize you with this beautiful place.

Cap-Santé Village National Park of Montmorency Falls. Orleans Island (option included but depending of the time we have and the trafic for the access to the bridge). Upon arrival in Quebec City: A basic visit of the Capital. Orientation Tour/Overview: Québec City Lower and Upper Town NB/ For a complete Historic City Tour of the Capital I recommend you take a certified Guide of Quebec City. Around 16:00 or 16:30 I will drop you off at your Hotel or AIRBNB in Quebec City, and from my side I will return to Montreal.
