Overview of your Foz Do Iguacu tour
Enjoy a visit to the Brazilian Iguassu Falls with an amazing view! You will be able to see approximately 275 waterfalls, and a total of 2700m in length. The Brazilian national park was created in 1939 and is considered one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. Our tour will take around 3 hours, however it is very common to take more time if you choose to do some optional tours. The Brazilian side will give you a panoramic view of all the waterfalls, being able to get a little wet when entering the trail of Devil's Throat, where you will be very close to the main fall that is approximately 82 meters high. For some people this is the most beautiful side of the Falls and my favorite too, because only on the Brazilian side can we see and understand the real size of the falls. * Departure from the hotel. * We'll drive towards the Brazilian falls, up to the front of the falls, where we will walk 1200m (with some steps). In this route, we'll visualize all the falls from a panoramic view. This tour is pleasant, the walk is done in the middle of the forest, and if we are lucky we can see many birds, and animals. The sunrise view is unique and we will be able to feel and see the falls in a unique way. After the walk, we have a breakfast at Porto Canoas Restaurant over the Iguacu River. You'll also have the time of choosing some optional tours, below you can learn more about the options: Boat tour: The boat trip is incredible and will take you inside the forest and then the boat will pass very close to the falls for a delicious and unforgettable bath. Bird Park: Nursery with more than 120 species of birds from different parts of the world. Helicopter tour: There is a 10 or 35 minute ride.
