Francis is an exceptional tour guide, punctual, knowledgeable, and fun to talk to. He was a great guide to and around the Brazilian side of the falls, taking care that my 88 year old mother could make the hike and the boat ride. And a great lunch, too. He also arranged transport for us to and from the airport. Highly recommend him for your Iguazu visit!
Great tour - Francis was knowledgeable, did a great job of expediting us through several choke points, and knows the area really well. He took us from Argentina to Brazil and back to see both sides of the falls, which was wonderful.

We had a great time with Francis. Very profesional, was there everytime to answer our questions. He respected our pace, (my parents are 80). He took care of everything at the customs. He made everything very easy, and made sure we saw most of the falls. I would recommand him to my friends.
Francis was extremely prompt and made sure we were at the Falls at the best time. Thanks to Francis' knowledge and planning we were the first at the viewing site, beating the crowds and actually had th ed site pretty much to ourselves. He was very helpful with the processes around boarder crossings and assisted us with recommendations for our onward transport needs for the next day.
