We recently had the pleasure of touring the stunning attractions of Foz do Iguaçu, Itaipu, and Ciudad del Este with our guide, Francis. Francis was consistently on time. This reliability allowed us to maximize our time at the sights and truly enjoy the experience. His van provided for our travels was comfortable, making long drives feel pleasant and relaxed. This is especially important when navigating to major attractions. Francis demonstrated understanding of the local history, culture, and natural wonders. One of the highlights was our early access to the park Foz de Iguazu , which allowed us to take in the breathtaking views of the falls without the usual crowd. This privilege made for a more intimate and memorable visit, and we were able to capture stunning photographs. Francis recommended excellent buffet restaurants for an affordable price, offering a variety of local and international cuisines. Our trip to Ciudad del Este was good without any hassle. Overall, we highly recommend Francis as a guide for anyone looking to explore Foz do Iguaçu, Cataratas Iguazú Argentinian and Brazilian locations Itaipu, and Ciudad del Este. Frances was a fantastic tour guide. Lots of communication prior to our trip and picked up right on time. My husband uses a mobility scooter that was misplaced by our airline. After contacting Frances the day before our tour-he happily said not to worry about it as they have wheelchair at the parks. He pushed my husband all over, up embankments, down steep slopes and around tourists. Can’t thank him enough- our trip was not ruined by the airline mistake. We did both sides which was fantastic. You can certainly tell that he has a passion for the Falls and shared it with us. Informative about falls, both countries and answers for all my questions. He accommodated my husbands mobility issues. We had spare time before our airport drop so he gave us a tour of the city on the Brazilian side. You won’t be disappointed if you book with Frances!

Francis was punctual and picked us from airport and took us to the falls. He helped us with the tickets and the trails. Obviously very knowledgeable and comfortable with the area. He has good English.

Our guide Francis was knowledgeable, professional and prompt. Unfortunately due to flight delays we lost one day of our trip but Francis customized our tour to maximize time allowing us to explore the amazing Iguazu Falls. We highly recommend him.

Francis is a truly outstanding guide! He took us around Iguacu for two whole days, the Argentina side the first day, and the Brazil side the second day. He knew exactly how to lead us to maximize our time at the highlights and minimize the crowds - we had the catwalk on the Brazil side basically all to ourselves, for example. Because of his help, we fit in more than we even expected on the second day, having enough time to take the Macuco Safari boat ride and a leisurely walk through the Parque do Aves. He has an amazing, giant van, and our family of 5 rode in great comfort the whole way. We also enjoyed his knowledge of birds - we saw many on our walks on both sides of the falls that we would have missed without him. Overall, very highly recommend Francis as a guide in Iguacu/Iguazu! He greatly enhanced our experience of the falls.
