I've fallen in love with Mendoza, its hidden spots, varied landscapes, and changing colors at different times of the year. There are incredible wineries all over the province, not to mention the imposing mountains. All this natural beauty is the backdrop for a beautiful city with a rich history, which I'd love to share with you. I have a degree in Demography and Tourism (2004, John F. Kennedy University, Buenos Aires) and over twenty years experience working in tourism. I've worked in hospitality, ran my own hostel, and now, I do private tours in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. I've been a licensed guide in the Province of Mendoza since 2006. I started my own company in 2018, Mendoza Customized Tours. I specialize in private, tailor-made tours, with guaranteed quality, service, and professionalism. I hope to see you soon! This tour takes us through Mendoza's three mountain ranges, each one with its own flavor. We'll take my pickup truck on on a dirt road that few tourists get to see. There are many stops that only locals know! Let's discover the magic that lies in the high Andes. We will stop at stunning viewpoints with incredible panoramic views. On cloudy days, we climb above the clouds, which makes for fantastic photos of the landscape and the skies. We usually end up seeing guanacos, condors, and foxes, and a world of native birds and plants. We'll see the geological oddity known as the Inca Bridge spanning the rapids below in the turbulent Cuevas River. The cherry on top is Aconcagua, a colossus, the highest mountain in the Americas.
We depart early in the morning. I'll pick you up from wherever you're staying in the city. We go through three ranges: the Pre-Cordillera front range, the Silver range, and the Main range of the Andes. We have five planned stops, but we can add other stops, since this is a private tour just for you. • We take a dirt road into the mountains, through the Villavicencio Natural Reserve. Here, off the beaten path, we'll be in contact with nature. The reserve includes an array of local plants and animals, including guanacos, foxes, and condors. • We continue higher into the mountains and make a short stop in the town Uspallata. • Farther into the Andes, we stop at the Inca Bridge. • Our last stop is at the foot of the tallest peak in the Americas, Aconcagua. Here, we'll take a short hike in the Aconcagua Provincial Park, which has breathtaking views of the south face. • On the way back to Mendoza, we'll stop for lunch in Uspallata. • We get home late in the afternoon and I'll drop you off at your hotel.

I'll pick you up in a 2025 Ford Ranger, a comfortable, four-door pickup truck.
