Overview of your Mendoza tour
One of the great attractions of Mendoza, besides the mountain chain of The Andes, is the wine. The climate, the geography, and the great work of the man in transforming this desert into an oasis with mountains, turned the province to an exquisite wine producer, with exports to several countries all over the world. The first immigrants who settled up in Mendoza, were from Spain, Italy or France, and in the 18th century introduced different varieties of vine-stocks of grapevine. In this tour, we will visit four and totally different wineries, to get close and feel their culture of production, learn about the processes and of course. . . taste they exclusive wines! Lunch is going to be in the third winery, at their exclusive restaurante. As your guide I will accompany you in each winery to contribute my knowledge about the industry, type of wines and each winery in relation to the others that we will visit during the day.
Your Mendoza tour itinerary
- I'll pick you up for your hotel, hostel or apartment; and we'll go to Luján de Cuyo area, were the oldest wineries of Mendoza are. - We'll visit three wineries and you can choose the tipe of tasting, from the entry level, up to the high lines wines. In the second winery, we're going to have lunch in their exclusive restaurant. After lunch, we will visit the last winery, before to come back to Mendoza - We will return to Mendoza, approximately at 6 pm. Note that the schedule can be varied according to your needs and the itinerary can be customized to fit more travellers.
