Let's discover the Andes on this tour driving along the international route 7. We will visit the potrerillos dam, uspallata valley for breakfast, then we will continue our way to visit the famous Inca bridge, a natural formation over the river Las cuevas, in the area there are local artisans if you want to buy souvenirs. Then we will continue on our way to the Aconcagua viewpoint, the highest mountain in America 6962msnm. If weather conditions permit, we will enter the park for a short 1 hour walk in the horcones lagoon, this option is not available during the winter season. We will drive back along route 7 again until we reach Uspallata where we will have lunch and why not a glass of wine? We had a wonderful time with Flor and her driver Ruben yesterday on our tour to the Andes. We learned so much from them, not just about the sights we were seeing but about life in Argentina. They arranged a great coffee break and delightful lunch. We highly recommend this guide and this trip.
We had a wonderful day with a ride into the Andes, approaching the Chile border. This is a sight not to be missed. Florencia and her driver were easy to be with and provided excellent insight into local customs, history, etc. We look forward to returning to Mandoza and reconnecting with Florencia for her city tour.
Very enjoyable tour. This was a wonderful introduction to the Andes mountains and a great day off from the Mendoza wineries. Flor is very personable and knowledgeable about the area. Communication skills are excellent. Everything on this tour was thought through and provided; from the skillful driver to tickets to coffee and food stops. All we had to do is take in the scenery.
Flor was extremely friendly, flexible, and knowledgeable. I booked my tour last minute. She was willing to customize it slightly for me, and she adjusted the order of our stops based on the weather and traffic conditions to optimize our time. The only thing that would have made the tour better is if I happened to be here in the summer and could hike at the base of Aconcagua. Highly recommend!
