Hello dear friends, welcome to my profile! By inheritance of my parents and grandparents, at a very early age, I fell in love with this beautiful province. . . Mendoza! Visiting my grandparents' fields weekly, made me grow among vineyards and mountains, riding horses, climbing, and driving off road every weekend… which awakened in me, this huge passion for wine, the Andes mountains, and off roading. Without wanting to, all my friends, acquaintances and different people, came to me for advice on what to do and visit in Mendoza. . . and that was to capitalize on it. Time went by quickly and from a day to another I had finished my studies in marketing and then in business administration degree, and I was working for big companies, but I had completely moved away from my hobbies and passions; which made me very unhappy. Finally, one day I understood that my studies combined with my passions, were the perfect combination to create the work that I always dreamed. . . and here I am. . . I want to propose to you to discover Mendoza with me, from a way that will make you fall in love of it, just like it happened to me!! Come on, join me, and discover Mendoza! and of course, do not hesitate to ask me if you want a tour according to your measurements. *Mountain guide - EPGAMT - #969 *International Sommelier student - Wine Institute *Técnico Superior en Marketing. Aconcagua is the highest mountain in the American continent, being in Mendoza, there's no way to leave this beautiful province, without visiting Aconcagua. This is a full day trekking, that everybody can do! the walking is not too difficult. . . if you are in good shape, and you can walk up to six to eight hours, you can do it!! The plan is walk up following the main path enjoying the beautiful landscapes that this wonderful place in the world gives us, and feeling the adrenaline that one feels being in the feet of the highest mountain of America; arriving to the first campament, called Confluencia located at 3400masl (11200ft), having lunch there, then coming back to the truck for a coffee, and then, back to Mendoza.
- We will start at 6am with your hotel pick up, in order to go to "Alta montaña área" where Aconcagua and many other big mountains are located. - We're going to drive along the international 7 route, with Chile's direction. - On the way up, we're going to see Cacheuta town, Potrerillo's dam and village, where we're going to stop for some pictures with a great coffee. - After this, Uspallata town could be our next stop if you need to go to toillets, or we will continue driving up to Aconcagua National Park. - There, we're going to pay the tickets to go to Confluencia camp, located at 3700masl. In Confluencia we're going to have lunch, surrounded by great mountains and the mountain spirit. - After lunch, a short nap to relax completely and then, the way down to the truck. Uspallata is going to be our first stop if you want a coffee or a cold beer, or Potrerillos dam looking this huge water reservoir, who provide water to Mendoza. - We normally returns to the city around 7pm.
