Andes Highlights - Cacheuta - Potrerillos - Uspallata - Villavicencio

On our recent trip to Mendoza, we signed up for several of Juan Cruz's day trips: Andes Highlights, Valle de Uco Trekking, and Mendoza Wine Tour. Not only is Juan reliable, honest, competent, flexible, and knowledgeable—what you would expect from a good tour guide—he is also a kind, generous, and wonderful person. He restored our faith in humankind and made our visit to Argentina so much more meaningful. We can highly recommend Juan Cruz to any visitor to the Mendoza area.

Juan Cruz provided an excellent tour for us. While visiting Mendoza, we wanted the opportunity to spend some time in the Andes. He organized a very enjoyable day, including interesting stops and great views of Aconcagua. Coffee by the reservoir was delightful and our asado lunch was outstanding--delicious and authentic. Juan is a fantastic guide! He is personable, professional, and goes out of his way to make sure you enjoy your visit to Mendoza! His knowledge of the local geology, geography, plants, animals, local culture and history is very impressive. Our asado lunch at Uspallata was fantastic (and Juan brought local wines of course!). We saw many interesting sites, photographed lots of wildlife, and enjoyed scenic views and great conversations all day! He gave us great recommendations for shopping and dinner.

Juan provided an unforgettable adventure into the Andes for me and my wife during our recent trip to Mendoza. His Land Rover Defender was the ideal vehicle for exploring the rugged terrain and stunning vistas of the Andes. We visited unforgettable spots, including a traditional asado, and Juan's knowledge of the region was unparalleled, allowing him to spot guanacos in the wild. His enthusiasm, expertise, and personable nature undoubtedly made our trip all the more memorable!
