Overview of your Mendoza tour
On this tour, we will be visiting different wineries during the day. Upon availability on the day that you want to do the tour, I could help you to choose the wineries that best cater to your preferences. There are hundreds of wineries in the area that we could select from, but I would suggest visiting 2 of my favourite ones: the Huarpe-Riglos winery and the Norton winery, the later of which has a restaurant with stunning mountain views. If you'd like to do any variation to this proposal, send me a message and I'd be glad to customize the experience for you. I could even add a 3rd venue to visit if you'd like! On a personal note, my family has been involved in the grape harvesting industry for years so I definitely know my way around and orchard and would love to give you long learn insights most guides wouldn't know.
Your Mendoza tour itinerary
-Our tour will begin with a pickup from an agreed on spot, from where we will depart on a scenic drive towards the meadows surrounding the city. -Our first stop will be to our first chosen winery, where we will carry out a visit to its premises, passing alongside its grapevines and entering the cellar. -We will then enjoy a tasting of different wine varieties, before departing to our second winery. -On arrival to the second vineyard, we'll also go on a guided visit, but afterwards you'll be able to opt to either have another tasting, or upgrade the experience with an a la cart restaurant option. -At last, we will drive back to Mendoza where we'll say our goodbyes after an idyllic day together. As with every TourByLocals tour, this is of course customisable. *It is important to know that most wineries areas are outside downtown Mendoza.
