Guide #57024
Greetings All: My name is Joseph and I am a Travel enthusiast, melophile (lover of music) and historian, I have been a New York City resident since birth splitting my upbringing between the Bronx and Harlem. I discovered at a young age that there was so much more to NYC than just the city. As a teenager, I navigated the five boroughs both on foot and by way of public transportation while learning about the many experiences and cultures in the process. With over 20 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industries, my ultimate goal is to preserve the unique history and culture of NYC by curating tours and experiences aimed at educating the curious minds about the untapped history that makes this vast metropolis so special. ALL tours and experiences can be customized and curated to meet personal interests. We were excited to stop at Electric Ladyland Studios and the Apollo Theater. Joseph's knowledge of jazz, blues, and rock genres was superb, and his love of the city was evident in all he shared on the tour....

We did this tour in July but have just discovered that I failed to do a review. We enjoyed our tour with Joseph on a very hot day in July! We walked a lot, which we wanted to do, and saw a part of the Bronx we did not know existed! We learned about the connections to the Bronx of some Presidents, including JFK. We were treated to the most delicious carrot cake ever.
