By the beginning of the new millennium, almost by accident (long story), I joined the Swiss government as a consular officer, where I stayed for 13 years. My specialty was consular protection, crisis management, and assisting Swiss abroad, which afforded me the opportunity to travel the world even more. However, my love for Switzerland and the tourism industry drew me back to Switzerland eight years ago, where I opened my own tour company in Zurich and never looked back.
