Though not born in Spain, it has always felt like home since my family spent every summer here from my early childhood. After studying Spanish in Málaga and working in various fields, I found my passion for history and arts, leading me to become a licensed guide in 1998.

* My courtesy vehicle is a Mercedes GLC SUV (2018), comfortable for up to 3 travelers (or for 4 if you are a family and wish to use the central seat in the rear row).
For all Shore excursions and tours for more than 3 pax I use a local provider for vehicles of all sizes. (Minivan, minibus and can arrange a bus for larger groups.) If you have a rental car at your disposal we can agree the use of it or a meeting place at a convenient place.

In 1704 the Rock was conquered by British and Dutch troups and in the later treaty of Utrecht it was given to Great Britain for perpetuity! Do you know that the famous motto of an insurance company "Solid as a Rock" doesn't apply to the Rock of Gibraltar? In reality, the Rock is "almost hollow": an impressive system of tunnels was excavated in defense against the Spanish siege in late 18th century and during WW2, and there are several natural caves.
