At the end of the tour she organized lunch for us at a wonderful restaurant in town with an unmatchable view across to the Alhambra. Then our driver returned us to the ship from there. How lucky and privileged each of our group felt after spending a day with Blanca. Being an architect herself and having family still living on the grounds added extra enjoyment for us. What a perfect four hours we spent in Blanca’s company. Not only was she friendly, quick to respond to queries about the tour, but she was so clear and interesting on the subject of The Alhambra- a subject she knows so very well. Bianca was knowledgeable and friendly. She spoke excellent English and was easy to understand. Her PhD in architecture provided a delightful perspective of the Al Hambra. We enjoyed her teaching boards and markers which helped to clarify the time periods and overview of the area. We wish she could be our guide on more stops!
